The City of Stow is excited to announce that we are undertaking our first-ever Public Art Master Plan — a roadmap to bring meaningful, inspiring, and community-centered art to our city.
To guide this important work, we have partnered with Sabertooth Public Art, a creative planning team based in Akron. Sabertooth specializes in helping cities and neighborhoods imagine what’s possible while creating realistic and thoughtful plans to bring those ideas to life. They believe public art should reflect the identity, values, and stories of the people who live in the community—and they will help us make that vision a reality here in Stow.
A steering committee of local stakeholders has already been selected to:
- Help identify key locations and opportunities for public art
- Review and refine draft ideas, themes, and strategies
- Connect us with broader community input.
But most importantly, we want to hear from you.
Your ideas, your stories, and your vision for Stow will shape the foundation of this plan.
Please take a few minutes to complete our Public Art Survey and share it with friends and neighbors. Your input will help us create a plan that truly reflects our community.
Survey closed.
Together, we can imagine a more vibrant, creative Stow.
