The City uses OpenGov for their permit application submittal and processing portal and can be found at the link below:
Applications and Permits
The portal is simple to use. You can submit an online application from anywhere, 24/7, and monitor the status of the application online. You can also receive notifications via email as your application is reviewed and processed. You may also request inspections, communicate with inspectors or staff, pay for permits, and receive documents all through the portal. First-time visitors to the site will need to create an account and password and an online profile.
