Training

The Training Division is under the command of Lt. Stephen Miller who coordinates in-service training, outside agency training, and individual officer career track training.

Departmental training is provided by in-service instruction and/or review by department members as well as from outside sources. Stow Has an in-house training staff that is certified to instruct in several areas including less lethal force options, firearms, defensive tactics, legal updates, de-escalation, and mental health response.
