2. The Reserve Unit provides Vacation Watches, which is an exterior security inspection of your home, while residents are gone for a minimum of 7 days.

   Vacation Watches are performed on an "as available" basis. When problems are observed contact will be made with a key holder that YOU designate. 

   To REQUEST the service, residents must call our Records Department at 330-689-5790 between 8 AM and 4:30 PM (Mon.-Fri.) or complete the online form.

   To CANCEL the service or REPORT YOUR RETURN, residents must call the vacation watch line at 330-689-5811 and leave a message.
