We are excited to share that, starting Friday, February 6, the City of Stow will host a monthly food pantry truck pop-up in partnership with the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank. We’ll be out in the City Hall parking lot, 3760 Darrow Rd, Stow, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. on the first Friday of each month.
Families typically receive 20–30 pounds of food each month, including a mix of fresh, frozen, and shelf‑stable items. This is meant to be a helpful supplement—not a full grocery replacement.
A few notes for our neighbors attending:
- No pre‑registration needed
- First-come, first-served until the food is gone
- Check‑in happens on arrival using tablets and Wi‑Fi provided by the Foodbank
- We’ll ask for an ID to help move the line quickly, but an ID is NOT required to receive food
