General Policies

All concerts, programs, and events at The AMP are coordinated by the City of Stow. The AMP is not available for private rentals or use by outside organizations, except approved City partners.

Guest Conduct

We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

Guests are expected to act with courtesy, respect, and good judgment at all times.

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the venue.
  • Please respect the belongings and space of others.
  • Law enforcement support may be requested if needed.

Guests are expected to act with courtesy, respect, and common sense.

  • The AMP guests and occupants are expected to be respectful of other guests and their property and surroundings, as well as their enjoyment of events, and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with courtesy, common sense and all laws. Abusive, profane, disrespectful or otherwise objectionable or discourteous conduct may be referred to the City of Stow Police Department and/or other law enforcement agencies to address such conduct according to law.
  • Please do not move chairs, blankets, or possessions that belong to other guests.

SPECIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

City of Stow reserves the right, without public notice, to waive, modify or supplement these Rules and Regulations from time to time and for specific events, at its discretion. Any waiver of a rule or regulation set forth herein shall not serve as or be deemed to be general waiver of such rule or regulation or any other rule or regulation herein.

Violation of any rule or regulation set forth herein may result in ejection from and/or restriction of future access to The AMP by City of Stow, City of Stow Police or Fire Departments, and/or City of Stow officials.

Ticketed Events (including the Summer Concert Series)

Certain events may include specific regulations regarding:

  • Ticketing and entry procedures
  • Alcohol sales and consumption
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Prohibited items such as umbrellas, tents, coolers, or other restricted items

Community Events & Programs

Other events may have guidelines tailored to the specific program, including:

  • Registration requirements
  • Admission fees
  • Outside food and beverage policies
  • Animals or pets
  • Pop-up tents or shade structures

The City of Stow reserves the right to modify policies as needed to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for all guests. Violations may result in removal and/or restricted access to future events.
