General Policies
All concerts, programs, and events at The AMP are coordinated by the City of Stow. The AMP is not available for private rentals or use by outside organizations, except approved City partners.
Guest Conduct
We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
Guests are expected to act with courtesy, respect, and good judgment at all times.
- Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the venue.
- Please respect the belongings and space of others.
- Law enforcement support may be requested if needed.
Guests are expected to act with courtesy, respect, and common sense.
- The AMP guests and occupants are expected to be respectful of other guests and their property and surroundings, as well as their enjoyment of events, and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with courtesy, common sense and all laws. Abusive, profane, disrespectful or otherwise objectionable or discourteous conduct may be referred to the City of Stow Police Department and/or other law enforcement agencies to address such conduct according to law.
- Please do not move chairs, blankets, or possessions that belong to other guests.
These items may not be brought into The AMP:
- Alcohol (Except items purchased at The AMP Concession or at a DORA zone establishment on-site.
- Umbrellas
- Canopies or other shade structures
Smoking & Vaping
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside The AMP.
Pets
- No pets or other animals, excluding service or companion animals permitted by law, are permitted at The AMP.
Weapons
- Possession of a firearm in The AMP is prohibited by Federal law.
- The possession of firearms is prohibited, subject to certain exceptions set forth in Ohio Revised Code §2931.121.
- No weapons of any kind are permitted in and around The AMP.
Signage & Displays
- Signage, banners, décor, or other materials may not be attached to any AMP structure.
- Ground stakes are not permitted without prior written approval due to underground utilities.
Fire or Fireworks
- No open flames, pyrotechnics or fireworks are permitted at The AMP without the prior written approval of City of Stow.
- Grills, smokers, fryers and like objects are strictly prohibited within The AMP.
- All bags and other containers brought into The AMP are subject to reasonable and courteous search.
- Bagged chairs must be removed from their bag before entry into the venue.
- Excessively large bags may not be brought into the venue.
- Outside alcohol may never be brought into the venue for any reason. For Summer Concert Series, only alcohol purchased at the AMP Concession and at DORA zone establishments may be brought into the AMP.

All ticket sales are final.
Cancellation
Performances at The AMP are a rain or shine event. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather or other peril, refunds will be available and automatically processed. Do not request a refund through Eventbrite in the event of a cancelled and non-rescheduled concert as this will delay your refund process.
Reschedule
In the event of a postponement and reschedule of an act due to inclement weather or other peril your original ticket will be honored at the rescheduled concert. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, your tickets may be transferred to another show in 2025.
Refunds
Except in the case of cancellation of an act that will not be rescheduled, all ticket sales are FINAL and tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you have purchased tickets and cannot attend for any reason, call XXXXX XXXXX, Amphitheater Coordinator at 330.689.2700 prior to the show in question to have your tickets transferred to another show. Tickets you have purchased to a concert you can no longer attend may be transferred to another non-sold-out concert in 2025 by emailing the Amphitheater Coordinator XXXXX at parks@stow.oh.us by noon the day prior to the concert.
Requests for refunds or ticket transfers after the transfer request deadline WILL NOT BE HONORED.
All performances are subject to postponement, delay, or cancellation due to rain or severe weather. In the event of inclement weather, an announcement will be made on stage by The AMP Venue Manager prior to or during a performance, as well as on the Amphitheater’s Facebook page.
SPECIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
City of Stow reserves the right, without public notice, to waive, modify or supplement these Rules and Regulations from time to time and for specific events, at its discretion. Any waiver of a rule or regulation set forth herein shall not serve as or be deemed to be general waiver of such rule or regulation or any other rule or regulation herein.
Violation of any rule or regulation set forth herein may result in ejection from and/or restriction of future access to The AMP by City of Stow, City of Stow Police or Fire Departments, and/or City of Stow officials.
Ticketed Events (including the Summer Concert Series)
Certain events may include specific regulations regarding:
- Ticketing and entry procedures
- Alcohol sales and consumption
- Outside food and beverages
- Prohibited items such as umbrellas, tents, coolers, or other restricted items
