PERMISSION TO HOLD AN EVENT
If an entity desires to hold an event on City property, including parks, the city center, roadways, or other public space or property, an application for use must be submitted and approved. Please complete the Event Request Application Form - Step 1 at least 90 days in advance.
SUBMISSION, REVIEW & APPROVAL PROCESS
Decisions are based on event feasibility and overall benefit to the community. Upon receiving your request, we will review your submission and contact you within two weeks with our decision. Should you have questions, please contact Stow Parks and Recreation at 330.689.5100.
