This is a fee-based service. A convenience fee of 2.75% will be applied to all credit/debit card, PayPal products and Venmo payments with a minimum charge of $2.75 and $1.50 will be applied for EFT/ACH (e-check) payments. If you make a payment by calling the number, there is an additional surcharge of $0.95 to use this service, along with the other service fees listed above.
Note: The 2.75% processing fee is charged by a third-party vendor and is not controlled or accounted for by the City of Stow. The City of Stow does not receive any money from the credit card processing company other than the amount of the customer's water bill.
First Time Users
Use the online water bill website and use the "Create New Account" option to create a username and password. You will need your account number and the name on your account (indicated on your most recent water bill).
