Effective immediately, the Stow Emergency Alert System has transitioned to the Summit County Reverse Alert system. This change is designed to enhance our ability to communicate critical information in emergency situations. With Reverse Alert, you will receive notifications directly to your mobile device, landline, or other registered contact points.
Examples of messages sent thru ReverseAlert:
- Imminent or perceived threat to life or property
- Disaster notifications
- Evacuation notices
- Public health or safety emergencies
- Any notification to provide emergency-related information
