Yoga Workshop - Clean, Detox, and Release

Tuesday, March 11, 2025

Yoga workshop - Clean, Detox, and Release

2025 marks a year of transformation and completion—a time to align your subconscious with fresh beginnings. Embrace this opportunity to release what no longer serves you, creating space for new possibilities to take shape. Close the chapters that have reached their natural conclusion and make way for new paths and journeys to unfold.

Join Connie for a 60-minute workshop designed to cleanse, detoxify, and create space for renewal. The session begins with a 15-minute mindful meditation, followed by a 45-minute all-levels twisting vinyasa flow, aimed at releasing toxins and restoring balance. The workshop concludes with a restful Savasana. Start the practice with a warm cup of lemon water to kickstart your metabolism and set the tone for this transformative experience. Don't forget your mat!
Fee: $20

Connie's Bio:

I found yoga in 2016 as a means to get physically healthy and quickly noticed not only the physical change but began noticing a healing changing from the inside out. My interest in yoga turned into a passion. Three (3) years later, I became a certified yoga instructor (CTY 200) and continued with my training, receiving my 300 hour yoga certification in December 2021.

Yoga is far deeper than a physical practice, it teaches you powerful tools/skills that benefit beyond the mat. Being able to share these tools/skills with others no matter the age group is something I am passionate about. When I am not working, practicing or teaching, you can find me enjoying a good book, or hanging out with family/friends sharing a meal, good conversation and many laughs!

We kindly request that you observe the following guidelines to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all participants:

  • Arrive Early: We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before class to sign in, set up your mat. If you arrive late, please enter quietly and set up at the back of the room to minimize disruption.
  • Remove Shoes: Yoga is practiced barefoot to help you connect with the floor and move more easily through the poses. Please leave your shoes in the designated foyer area outside the yoga room to keep our space clean and serene.
  • Set Up Mindfully: For many, those few minutes before class provide much-needed quiet time. Be mindful of others by entering the room quietly. If you need to speak, please do so softly, and place your mat down gently.
  • Unplug and Disconnect: To help maintain focus and mindfulness, please turn off your phone before entering the yoga room.
  • Respect Savasana: Most classes end with Savasana, a restful and essential part of your yoga practice. Give it a chance, as it can enhance your overall experience. If you need to leave early, do so quietly before Savasana to avoid disturbing others.
  • Registered Participants Only: This is a registered program, so only those signed up, paid, and participating may be present in the facility.
  • Mindful Mat Placement: Place your mat in the marked areas within the practice room to ensure adequate space for all participants.

Thank you for helping to create a calm, welcoming space for everyone to enjoy their yoga practice.
