Yoga BLISS at the Barn

This Yoga program is intended to be OUTSIDE if at all possible, on the grounds of Silver Springs Park, near Heritage Barn. Outdoor space may be adjusted from week to week. For inclement weather, the program will be moved inside to Heritage Barn.

Make sure to bring your own yoga mat and water. Instruction will be provided by certified Yoga teachers
When: Thursdays, September 12 - October 24, 2024
Where: At the Barn in Silver Springs Park. 5328 Young Road, Stow. Parking at Heritage Barn.
Time: 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
This is a FREE program, and All participants MUST be registered. No Spectators allowed.
