FREE program for families

Families come experience the Wildflower Prairie at Adell Durbin in full bloom on this guided hike! As we hike, we’ll collect some treasures and learn about the flowers and pollinators that we see. 

After our hike, we’ll assemble our treasures into nature mandalas and spend some time being mindful in nature. Then we’ll head back to the Nature Nook shelter and have a tea party. Tea and juice will be provided. Bring snacks, blankets and any other items you’d like for a picnic! Geared toward older preschool and school aged children but families with all ages are welcome.

Registration for this free program is required and begins July 1. To register, visit the Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library’s website at events.smfpl.org, call the Children’s Department at (330) 688-3295 ext. 5, or stop by the library.
