How To Reserve A Rental Facility

To be considered a reservation, all rentals require the following:

• A completed and signed Rental Agreement Rental Agreement 
• Full payment of the rental fee
• Full payment of the security deposit

Agreements can be:

• Emailed to Parks & Recreation 
  or 
• Dropped off during business hours at Stow City Hall: 3760 Darrow Road

Stow Parks and Recreation offers two lodges and two outdoor shelters for the public to rent.

Facilities are open for booking one year in advance to the day. If the date falls on a non-business day, reservations can be made at the Parks and Recreation Office the next business day during regular hours. 

Availability

Please check the online availability calendar to find open dates for your rental. Please note that availability on this calendar can change daily due to parks and recreation programs, activities, and community events that are booked in the facilities prior to opening up bookings to the general public. 

Dates of availability and fee information may also be obtained by visiting or calling the Stow Parks and Recreation office during our hours.

Lodge Showings 

Viewing a facility is by appointment only. Please contact Stow Parks and Recreation to schedule. Facilities will not be available unless you call ahead to schedule during our hours.

Lodges

Leona Farris Lodge: (Silver Springs Lodge) 5027 Stow Road. Accommodates up to 160 people. Air-conditioned, restrooms, fireplace, kitchen, coat room.

Heritage Barn: 5238 Young Road. Accommodates up to 180 people. Air-conditioned, restrooms, kitchen.

Rental Fees

Required Security Deposit: 
$200 - No Alcohol 
$500 - Serving Alcohol

Shelters

Shelters can now be reserved through our RecDesk portal.  Once a reservation has been approved, payment will be required within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the Parks & Recreation staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Oak Tree Shelter: 4995 Stow Road (Silver Springs Park), 21 picnic tables, can accommodate up to 120 people, seated. Electric, grills, and trash containers included. Next to SOAR playground.

Lakeview Shelter: 4995 Stow Road (Silver Springs Park) 15 picnic tables, can accommodate up to 90 people seated. Electric, grills, and trash containers included. Overlooks park lake and adjacent to SOAR playground.

Rental Fees
